Anomaly Registration ("us", "we", or "our") operates the https://anomalyregistration.com website (the "Service").

Your Personal Information will be shared only with events that you apply to, and site administrators. Events will be able to access all information that you have put into the site, including past event applications. This information will be used to grant you access to the full event page, and any tertiary service the event coordinator deems necessary. Your specific set latitude and longitued (location) will only be used to assist with vetting and will not be shared in its raw form to any single entity.

Full data is only available to the site owner and administrators.

Google account data, such as your login e-mail address, google account ID (visible from your profile page on Google+) may be exported external to our Service or accessed via API from trusted third-party services in order to grant access to further third-party tools as the discretion of an event Point of Contact or Organizer.

Log Data

We collection information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). This Log Data may includ information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, device type, the pages of our Service that you visit, the date and time of your visit, the time spent on those pages and various other statistics.

Log Data will be used to enhance the experience of the Service, fix issues detected within the Service, and provide better data to event Points of Contact and Organizers.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device's Hard Drive, connected Storage, or Random Access Memory.

We use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refused all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions, or any portion, of our Service.

If we discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will remove that information from our Service immediately.

How to Terminate Your Account

In order to terminate your accound, please contact us with an e-mail stating that you would like to terminate your account on the Service. This is a non-reversible action and will require confirmation for deletion.

Any request for deletion requires confirmation of account and confirmation of request and will be irreversible and complete. You may experience trouble re-registering for an account after account removal.
